Inner Authority provides educational digital products, including The Inner Inventory and The Inner Authority Blueprint, to help people think through and plan a business. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or buy from us, and how we use it.

Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Email addresses supplied through forms. When you sign up to receive The Inner Inventory or join our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide.
- Purchase and contact information. When you buy The Inner Authority Blueprint, our payment processor collects the information needed to complete the transaction, such as your name, email address and payment details, and shares with us what is needed to deliver your purchase and provide support.
- Customer support messages. If you contact us with a question or a support request, we receive and keep that correspondence, including your email address and whatever you tell us, so we can respond and keep a record of the issue.
- Website usage information. Where analytics or advertising technologies are enabled on our site, they may collect information about how you use it, such as pages viewed and general location. We only use tools that are appropriately configured for UK and EU visitors.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- deliver the product or content you have requested or purchased
- respond to questions or support requests
- send you email marketing, where you have given consent to receive it
- understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
- meet our legal and accounting obligations
Email marketing and consent
We use Kit as our email marketing provider to send newsletters, updates and product-related emails. When you sign up for The Inner Inventory or subscribe to our list, your email address is stored in Kit in order to send you those emails. Kit processes this information on our behalf and has its own privacy and security practices.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Unsubscribing does not affect emails required to deliver a product you have already purchased, such as a delivery confirmation.
Payment information
When you purchase The Inner Authority Blueprint, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details ourselves. The payment processor handles your payment information in line with its own privacy policy and applicable card industry standards.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to help it function, to remember your preferences, and, where enabled, to measure website performance or support advertising. Where required, we will ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list, or for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations following a purchase.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, for example, with service providers such as Kit and our payment processor, who help us deliver our products and run our business, or where required to comply with the law.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Access. Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correction. Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances.
- Restriction. Ask us to limit how we use your information, in certain circumstances.
- Objection. Object to certain uses of your information, including direct marketing.
- Portability. Where applicable, ask to receive certain information in a portable format, or to have it transferred to another provider.
- Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent, such as for email marketing.

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, we would welcome the chance to address them directly first. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
